By commissioning me in ay kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service:
GENERAL TERMS
ʚI DO NOT WORK AS A FREELANCE ILLUSTRATOR FULL-TIME.So I may take a lot of time to finish an artwork due to my daily lifeʚPayment will be after sketch. Can be moved due to an emergency, but client will not recieve the final art without it being fully paid.ʚ Do not complain about my pricesʚ Please do not claim as your own work.ʚ You are NOT ALLOWED to use, in any way my artwork as NFT, or in any AI Art generator.ʚ Commissions are only for Personal use.ʚ Please be clear with the commission details.ʚ I have the rights to also work on different artworks during the commission.ʚ The final file is delivered either by discord, google drive, or email.
If I cannot find a way to contact the buyer to send the final file, I'll post on my Social Media.ʚI have the right to publish, stream, record, take images of, and upload the commission art in progress on any website or social network.
